             What Is a Blog and How does it  Work?

The term "blog" is short for "weblog," which refers to an online journal. Blogs began as personal mini sites that people used to record their opinions, stories, and other writings as well as photos and videos.

Blog is very important when you are a leader or an uprising leader and you want to established yourself as an expertise in whatever field you are in. Your blog will introduce who you are because your post will reflect your characteristics,  your identity and and pretty much advantageous when business is concerned.
