Why 97% Fails in their Business?

What is the meaning  by this diagram? 

First let's  interpret the pyramid itself.  Lets break the pyramid into 4.  Let's start from the  lowest base. This is represented by the 20% of the population. These are the group of networkers that are negative in nature, no motivation, wrong mind set and consider network marketing as pyramid also  because they had no result at all at sinasabi sa sarili nila na bakit ba siya napasok sa mundo ng neworking, nabola lang daw siya.

The next portion is the bigger portion consist of 60% (one with the dotted red) these are the group of networkers  that are wanted to continue and ready to undergo on the process of learning curve, gathering of knowledge through trainings, seminar and self studies.  And  little by little they developed  skills  as they apply the knowledge they gathered.

The next portion is the uppermost portion consist  of 20%. we'll break them into 2 parts. The larger portion is the 17% which are represented by networker whose earning let's say is 100,000 up but below 1M..

And the 3% they are what we called successful and gain expretise in the world of networking business be it online or offline.

And if you are are a networker, how do you categorize yourself? Be honest with your answer.

At ang pinakamakabuluhang tanong dito ay  mpaano ba ang umakyat from step 1 to step 2, step 3, & step 4?

 We are given the formula for success.  As we noticed it starts with 2Ms. Because they are the most crucial requirement in this business. If the mindsetting or motivation lacks intensity, it will NOT drive you to go further, to do what ever it takes, to do massive action and  step up to the next level. Ang maganda neto: it can be LEARNED AND DEVELOPED as long as you say  the magic word "I believe its possible, I believe I can do it, and I believe I deserved it " and keep on going  the task.

Right mental attitude will lead you to a strong foundation. Yung bang may protection sa kung anumang sakuna ang dumating, parang building may anti-earthquake. Ikaw naman may anti-depressant ka.  

When knowledge was put into application, it became skills.  Network refers to your influencing power.  The readers, visitors, and patronizers of  your articles will see you as a leader, and  follow you because they believe in you if you're a blogger. Sa offline naman, what you learn from trainings and other media, ipasa at ituro  mo rin  ito sa iyong downlines, uplines, crossline or any one who needs your helps. This is the only way to be an efficient leader.

Kung sa science name-measure ang speed ng motion, dito sa atin we can determine how close you are to the success rate. 

The formula is:   Speed of Sucess   =   Energy   +  Speed of Execution    +   Focus

 Energy is the amount of time you will give.
 Speed of Execution is the degree of being how ebedient you are as a student/trainee.
 Keep your eye on your desired end result. Keep calm so that you are easily distracted by disturbances. 

                                                                                                                                                                   Kung  nasa sa iyo ang tamang mindset, knowledge, skills at power of influence  at agarang action on your part,   ano pa ang pwedeng pumigil sa iyo? Be Your Own Boss (BYOB) List


The three young businessmen are example of who  contributed great impact  in the field of communication and business. They are  better known for their good qualities  as businessmen and boss as cited below.

Ayon sa kultura ng ating bansa,  na minana pa natin sa ating mga ninuno,  ang way of living natin ay pamamasukan, or di kaya naman ay yung tinatawag na self employed.  Pag pumunta sa ibang bansa, empleado pa rin, tumaas nga naman  ang sahod, pero empleado pa rin. Dito tayo sinanay ng ating mga magulang, school, at maging gobierno natin. 

Kaya naman, kapag ang isang mamamayan ay nagdisisyon na maging negosyante o maging boss, tumatahak  ito ng mahaba at mahirap na proseso, wika nga sa english eh “the long and winding road.

Heto ang mga tips na kailangan nating  tandaan  at pagdaanan upang ang pagtawid natin sa kabilang pangpang, mula sa employee’s mindset to entreprenuer’s mindset, ay maging matagumpay.

1.  Definite Purpose. Focus tayo sa ating  malinaw at kongkretong goal na gusto nating maabot.. Mayroon tayong tinatarget  na gusto nating marating. Kung hindi ito malinaw, tayo ay  hindi mag iisip ng mabuti, magtratrabaho ng bara barabay na lang, at  kontento na sa pagiging pangkaraniwan  at makikisabay na lang sa malaking agos ng buhay.

2. Ambition. Ito ung gusto  mong makuha out of your goal.  Ito nag magbibigay sa iyo lakas para ipagpatuloy na ibigay ang best bilang tao at sa pagtratrabaho.

3. Discipline. Sabi nga sa mga kasabihan: “Self management is the best management.” “Practising  a good habit is synonymous to praying.”  Discipline is one of the fruits of Holy Spirit.

4. Kill Procrastination. This is somewhat similar to discipline but is referring  to time conscious. What you can today, instead of doing it for tomorrow.

5. Avoid Negativity.  Fill your mind with positive things  like love, appreciation and gratifications. Always look at the bright side of things.

6. Persistence.  This is a quality that allows someone to continue doing something or trying to do something even though it is difficult or opposed by other people.

7. Decisiveness.  Proper decision making. For example, you need to consider to put bigger investment because it will give you higher ROI.

8. Risk Taker.  If you are not willing to take risk, you are not a businessman. You should have the courage  to face whatever the consequences may occur.

9, Mingle with Like Minded Individuals.  Surround yourself with the kind of people you want to be like.

10. Focus. This refers to giving attention to what is essential and avoid focusing on things that will bring you garbage.

11. Passion.  Give your highest aspirations and burning inspirations.

12. Open Mindedness. Stay humble. Keep yourself down to earth and low profile specially to beginners and newbies.

13. Not a Quick Rich Scheme.  This is a long term in nature and process is done through little by little principle with hardwork, patience and perseverance.

3 Common Problems of a Networker



1  Lack of Skill in Sorting Prospects

Network Marketing is a sorting business. Gusto kong ikumpara ito sa 3 prutas  ng mansanas. Pero  bago natin ito kainin, syempre huhugasan muna hehehe, tapos kasunod  ay  pagtikim dun sa mansanas. Halimbawa, yung una nating nakagat ay pangit pala ang loob, lasbog na pala, ang una nating reaction ay itapon ito. Yung ilakawa, me uhod pala, so itatapon  din natin  ito. Ung pangatlo, yun pala ang suitable na kainin dahil tamang tamang ang paghinog at walang tama.

Same lang din ito sa pagso-sort ng prospects. So ang tanong  ay  panu ba  natin iso-sort ang ating prospects. At tulad ng mansanas, ito ay magagawa natin sa pagtikim. Sa prospects naman ito ay magagawa natin sa pagkausap at pagtatanong ng tamang questions.

Isipin mo na  may ari ka  ng isang multimillion peso investment company. Di ba’t ang network marketing ay isang business na possibleng kumita ng ganung kitaan. At ikaw ang CEO.  ikaw angmag ha-hire, mag i-enterview at magkwa-qualify ng iyong magiging partners. Tanong, pipili ka ba ng kung sino sino na tamad, puros negative na partners….syempre ang gusto natin ay yung kasing sigasig natin kung magtrabaho, yung mga taong mataas din ang ambition sa  buhay na katulad natin.

Ang mga tanong na ito ang pwede nating itanong:

1. Bakit nila kailangan ng additional income?
2. Bakit nila gustong maging successful?
3. May problema ba silang gusto nilang masolusyunan?
4. Bakit nila gustong magkaroon ng pagbababago at mas magandang buhay?

Ganito ang pwedeng isagot sa iyo ng mga prospects mo

“Gusto ko kasing madagdagan ang kinikita ko, kulang  kasi ang kita ko para sa pamilya ko.”
“Nagkatanggalan kasi sa pinagtratrabahuhan ko, ayaw ko namang umasa sa magulang ko.”
“Sawa na ako sa pagiging OFW ko, gusto ko namang makapiling ang pamilya ko.”
“Sawa na sa pagiging empleado na pagod pagod na, liit pa ng kinikita.”

Kung ganito ang sagut ng mga prospects mo, nag qualify sila na unang round ng interview.

Bakit kailangan makuha mo ang reason why nila?  Ganito kasi yun, subukan mong  tanungin mo ang mga kaibigan mo kung gusto nilang kumita ng  additional income, Sigurado lahat ng sagot nila ay OO. Sino ba naman ang ayaw ng extra income?

Pero hindi lahat ng tao ay may mabigat na dahilan para gumawa ng action para mag build ng business para maging successful at gustong yumaman. Ito yung tinatawag na hugot-malalim na dahilan.

Ang mga tao na may  malalim ang mga dahilan ang hahanapin natin. At sila rin ang mga taong decision makers, risk takers, gagawa ng massive actions, sila yung mag tatagal at mag bi-build ng team o business mo.

Ang reason why na rin ang gagamitin mo sa kanila para ma-motivate sila na tingnan ang iyong opportunity business.  Paano naman ito?  Halimbawa sabi ng prospect, ano ba yang additional income na yan? Bago mo siya sagutin, tanungin mo muna siya ng isang seryosong tanong ng “reason why “ niya.  “Pwede ko bang malaman kung bakit kung gusto mo ng additonal income?  Kapag direct to the point ang answer niya, good, di ka na mahihirapan.  May mga tao kasi na paligoy ligoy pa ang sagut, mga sagut na katulad nito, “Wala lang, gusto ko lang may pera ako.”

Kapag ganito ang sagut niya, pwede mong ibahin ang question mo, tanungin  mo kung kunyari kung magkano ang gusto niyang kitain?  Syempre sasagut yun ng figure> say for example 10,000 php per month.
You may ask like this, “Ipagpalagay natin na kumita ka ng P10,000.00, ano ang maitutulong nito sa iyo?”  Prospect may answer, “Tulong sa pag aaral ko.”  Yun na....nasabi na niya yung reason why! So what’s next?  I challenge mo naman siya sa reason why niya.

Tanungin mo ulit kung seryoso siya sa reason why niya na gagamitin niya ito sa pag aaral. Ang mga tao, laging sagut nila sa ganyan ay oo.

Ganito ang flow of conversation ninyo:

Ikaw: Kung may ipapakita akong paraan para kumite ka ng P10,000/mo (gamitin mo yung figure a ibinigay nya)  na pantulong sa iyong pag aaral (gamitin mo yung reason why niya) magiging open ka ba? Pilit na yes ang isasagut nun, dahil sabi niya seryoso siya, ayaw niyang maging sinungaling sa harap mo). Then mag set ka na agad ng appointment or presentation of marketing plan.

Then repeat to every prospect na makakausap mo hanggang makabisa mo na ito at makasanayan mo.       

2. Lack of Skills in Answering Objections. Marami sa networkers ay hindi naturuan ng tamang 
pagsagot ng objections. Dahil sa puro negative at skepticals ang nakakausap, dumarating  ang time negative na rin siya sa kanyang ginagawa. Sa video na ito, matuturuan ka ng tamang strategy kung panu ang pagsagot ng tama sa mga objections. 
    

                                                     
                                      

3. Lack of skills in Closing the Deal.  Tayo ay nasa ng mundo ng sales, pero ito kadalasan ang iniiwasan ng mga networkers.  Gustong mag network marketing, pero ayaw mag benta.  Ang pagbebenta ang   pinaka aayawan, dahil  hindi nga  marunong mag close ng deal. At meron din itong strategy, na kung malalaman lang natin kung paano gawin, mawawala ang ating takot at hindi na natin iiwasan ang pagsasarado ng deal. Sa videong ito,  ipapakita ang tamang pag close ng deal.

Gusto mo bang habulin ng mga prospects at choozy pa sa pagpili ng partners mo?





Magagawa mo ito sa pagkakaroon ng isang tamang marketing system. And one of the marketing sytem is the process of blogging.

Blog is the short term for web blog na iyong i-pina-publish mo sa world wide web. Maa-update ang iyong blog  sa tuwing  mag pa-publish ka ng bagong  articles or pag may magco-comment sa blog post mo.

Bakit kailangan  ng personal blog? Ang blog ang gagamitin mong tool para magkaroon ng online presence at para ma position mo ang sarili mo as a leader.


Dito sa blog, magbibigay ka ng valuable articles or contents na makakatulong dun sa mga prospects mo.  Dito mo ipakikilala  ang iyong sarili as leader at hindi mo ilalagay doon ang product mo or yung company mo. Yung product at company, alam na yan ng maraming tao, pero ikaw hindi ka pa kilala ng prospects mo. Dito, pwede ka ring mag share ng  kasaysayan  ng iyong buhay. Para mas makilala ka nila ng lubusan, mga pinagdaanan mo sa buhay, para maka-relate sila sa iyo.

 Makilala ka sa  iyong  mga sinulat o vinideo. Your articles will reflect your characterestics as a  person and as a leader. Magpakilala ka bilang ikaw sa tutuong buhay, at maganda na makapag-established ka ng iyong sariling trademark.  Yung makilala ka sa sarili mong style. YUng style mo na malayo  sa ginagawa ng napakaraming networkers, yung stand out  ka pangkaraniwan.  Mas madaling pansinin ang di pangkaraniwan.

Kapag nagustuhan nila ang mga articles mo, babalik balikan nila ang blog mo, makikila ka nila, magugustuhan at magtitiwala sila sa iyo.  And this the best opportunity to convert your visitors, readers  into customers and buyers of your products. Do you get the big picture?

What is company replicated website? Ito yung website ng company na nagpapakita ng tungkol sa kanila, products, mga bagong product na ila-lunch, mga mission and vision of the company, mga latest happenings...etc.  First and foremost this, hindi mo ma-iiposition ang sarili mo dito as a leader. Dito walang personal touch.....Karaniwan ang may gawa ng mga company replicated website ay mga web designers....Samantalang ang blog ay sarili mong gawa  na mapag iisipan mo talagang maigi kung ano ang gusto mong ilagay na makatulong sa iyong prospects.  

By the way, ang mga customers, ayaw talaga nilang bebentahan sila.  But they love to buy and buy the things  they wanted to buy.  That’s the psychology behind this.  We don’t need to convince but we educate them the benefits. Let them decide on their own


Take note of these lines:
First:  These are our products, it contains so amny antioxidants   blah blah…
Second:  You will be freed form cholesterol if you buy this product  blah blah….
What have you notice when you are a customer?
The first line, you are being convinced.
The second line, you are given the benefits you may get if you buy the product, you are not being pushed to buy, the decision is yours. I hope you get what do I mean of this.

 Tandaan mo, ang benebenta mo sa blog ay ang sarili mo, ang leadeship mo at mga bagay na gustong ibigay na magkakaron ng value para sa mga prospect mo.

Tips on How to Absorb Knowledge and Skills on MLM/Internet Marketing Trainings



Network Marketing /Internet Marketing Business is more on self discovery and self study because of its different paradigm and lots of voluminous ideas/training is  to be input into your brains.

Not everybody is gifted with  good studying ability. Yung bang isang basa lang eh parang may photographic memory na kaya nang  i-deliver  orally ang essence nito.

Here are some helpful tips.

1. Practice the little by little principle. Study one topic at a time and when  you are told to apply to your business, put it into action.  Use all your senses in studying.  Use your eyes for reading (repeatedly at least 10 times),  use your hand for writing, read aloud  and listen to your voice upon reading. Your brain will easily catch up the essence.

2. Do not skip a topic when you don’t fully understand such topic.  Follow the instructions  wholeheartedly and have patience to understand especially technical terms. Use google, youtube when you need assistance. Repeatition is very helpful when things are difficult to understand.

3. Try to put the subject in your own word and make a journal (blog/fanpage). Blogging is an avenue to serve as diary of your written and video articles. Attache with pictures and cathcy captions.  Avoid copy paste from the works of others. Readers are intelligent to discern if it is copied or not. Be original with your work.

4.  Practice to say the topic in video form start with a 5 minute duration. Practice public speaking. As our saying goes, Reading maketh a full man, conference a ready man and writing an exact man.

Have a habit of reading books 30 minutes every day regarding your subject and reflect on what you have read.  In this way, you will always have fresh ideas, you will develop skills  not only in reading, writing but public speaking also like  successful people does like Brian Tracy, Robert Kayosaki and our local dignitaries like Chinkee Tan, Bo Sanchez and Edward Reformina.
