The Amazing Life of Steve Jobs

A "should be" Mindset for Every Pinoy Entrepreneurs!

Let me tell you three inspiring instances and three powerful lessons from the life of one of the most successful people in the world.

At 17, he went to Reed College.  His parents spent all their hard-earned money to finance his education.  However, he couldn’t see the value of what he was doing.  He had no idea of what he wanted to do with his life.  Worse, he had absolutely no idea if college education was going to help him figure out what to do with it.

Six months later, he decided to drop out and just trusted that everything would just be fine, he dropped in for some subjects  that still interested him.

He didn’t have any dormitory room so he slept on the floor of his friends’ room, retrieved and returned Coke bottles so he can get their 5 cent deposits and use them to buy food, and walked seven miles across  town every Sunday to get at least one good meal a week at the Hare Krishna temple.

Reed College offered the best calligraphy instruction that time.  And so he took it without realizing what it might be worth in the future.

Ten years later, when the machine that is now called the computer was being designed, it all flashed back to him. And he made the first computer with beautiful calligraphy.

If he didn’t drop in to take the calligraphy class, he couldn’t have created a product with such a wonderful feature.

FIRST LESSON: You cannot connect the dots in your life looking forward. You can only connect the dots looking backwards.  The best things about the future is that its yesterday is today.  So you must trust that your dots today, what you do today, and what you have today can somehow connects with the future.
His products started in a garage.  In fact, he worked in a garage at the age of 20.  After 10 years, such garage was transformed into a $2 billion company with over 4,000 employees.

A year after they have launched their newest products at the age of 30, he was fired. He was publicly out and became a public failure.

Many months passed and the heaviness of being successful was replaced by the lightness of being a beginner, less sure about everything.   But it freed him to enter one of the most creative periods of his life.
He still loved his brainchild products. But he realized that he had to move on.  After the next five years, he already had a started a new software company called NeXT, and another one called Pixar. Pixar is now the world’s successful and multi-awarded animation studio.  After sometime, he sold the NeXT to the company that once fired him. And he was invited to lead the company again.

SECOND LESSON: Don’t settle. Don’t be comfortable.  Look for your passion.  Work where you are best at.   Consistently searched for your ultimate dream.  Keep looking if you haven’t found it yet.  Sometimes life may hit it the head with bricks. It doesn’t matter. Never lose faith. And fight.

When he was 33, he  was diagnosed with cancer. His doctor advised him to “get your affairs in order,” the other way of saying that “you only have six months  to live and to bid goodbye.” Some may call it miracle for one might during his biopsy, the doctor found out that the cancer was curable by surgery. It was his closest encounter with death.

Third Lesson:  Death is life’s change agent, perhaps the world’s greatest invention. It clears the old to give way to the new.  Right now, the new in us, but someday, not too long from now, we will gradually become old and be cleared away. So live, each day as if it is your last minute. It could be.  Don’t waste your time living somebody else’s life.  Follow your heart and intuition. Stay hungry and absurd.

BY the way, the man whose story I told above is  Steve Jobs, the CEO and founder  of Apple Computer and Pixar Animated Studio.

Many people spend much time repairing instead of preparing. They are failing because they concentrated on the problems, not  being proactive on how to solve the problem, expect the incoming problem and be prepared for that situations.

The Don'ts of Facebook Marketing

Facebook Marketing is one of the best marketing platform because  millions and even billions  of people are in facebook.    Facebook thru the years had always updating their terms and conditions because many had   abused its uses for their own purposes.  Facebook is originally intended for social  media interactions.

Facebook   required their users  to use  facebook  fanpage in  promoting their product or their niche.  Facebook have different kinds of advertising promotion such as page promotion,  website promotion and boost  post promotion.

But many facebook users still use their timeline for their business purposes.  As   being  ethical and responsible  individuals we should observe the some precautions  so that  our accounts will not be listed in spams,  blocked and banned.

1.   Do not  post on the other’s wall without permission.
2.   Do not tag picture  if they are not in the picture.
3.   Do not over post your timeline with your business post.
      Once is enough.
4.   Do not expect immediate results. Practice the “little by
      little” principle.
5.   Do not post duplicated  contents or copy paste articles.
      Make your own.
6.   Do not forget to read  terms and guidelines. Facebook
updates  their terms and guidelines every now  and then.

We Salute For The Strong Determination of Miss Pia Angela Alonzo Wurtzbach!

A “Should Be” Mindset for Every Pinoy Entrepreneur!

Nag umpisa ang movie career ni Pia under ABS CBN  at the age of 11 playing  teeny boopy roles with  the screen name of Pia Romero.  Meron din siyang modelling jobs for advertisements. Her father is  a German while her mother is a Filipino.

This is very rare happening  in an event that the true winner was mistakenly announced.  It was Miss Philippines who is the owner of the title Miss Universe 2015 not Miss Columbia.

People who got strong determination like Miss Pia Angela Alonzo Wurtzbach:

President  Abraham Lincoln. His fiance died, failed in business, had a nervous breakdown, and was defeated in 8 elections, he became the 16th President of the United States of America.

Steve Jobs.  At the age of 30, he was devastated and depressed after being sacked from the company he started,  he is the co founder of Apple Inc. and co founder of Pixar Animation Studios.

Michael Jordan.   After being rejected from his highschool basketball team, he ran home, locked his room and  cried. he became 6 times  NBA Champion, 5 time  NBA MVP, 4 time NBA All Star.

And so many more.

What is the moral lesson of the story?

Protect your dreams at all costs - never  allow people to steal your dreams away from you.  There are lots of  “dream stealers” out there.  Fight for your dreams up to the last last breath.

5 Stages of Success In Internet Network Marketing BUsiness

Stage 1. Results, Sales, Sign ups and Pay Ins

Stage 2   Influence

Ano ba ang influence? Sabi ng webster dictionary:  the capacity to have an effect on the character, development, or behavior of someone or something, or the effect itself. Ibig sabihin, you had develop goodwill with your prospects, leads or customers. They like you but more importantly, they had put their trust in you.

Exposure or Presence

Stage  3 Presence or Exposure

Through Driving Traffics

Stage 5  Driving  Traffics

Take this analogy…Ang tv ang may pinakamaraming advertisement, right?

A "should be" Mindset For Every Pinoy Entrepreneurs!

From the heart warming  movie “Pursuit to happiness”   starring  Will Smith.

Promise!

MORAL LESSON OF THE STORY:

1.            KNOW YOUR GOAL.

2.            KNOW  THE REASON WHY.

3.            IF THE REASON WHY IS CLEAR,  THE “HOW” PROCESS  WILL WORK.

4.            BELIEVE  IN GOD THAT HE WILL TAKE CARE OF THE REST.

How to develop a right mental attitude?

During a business seminars, many of the attendees ask this question: "How can I become successful in my online network marketing?"
The speaker replied: "You are only an attitude away from success."
This is commonly known to networkers as right mental attitude.

How to develop a right mental attitude?

God made possible  people discover this explanation so that we can appreciate our existence as a  person, that we are born in the image of God.

Sa loob ng malaking  subconscious mind natin  ay may separate part which is the Conscious MInd.

Sabi ni John Milton Fogg, " Your thoughts and the thoughts of others about who you are the pattern of habitual thoughts formed in your belief system.  Most people think 'system' are so complicated  that they are powerless to change them. Maintaining  that beliefs are habits of thoughts we have.   And because they are simply habits, we know  how we got them, and know how to change to."

Habits are things we think or do without conscious attention.........without being aware of them.  The moment we are aware of of what we are thinking or doing, it's no longer a  habit,   It's a CHOICE.

The habits of beliefs about yourself are important to emphasize because they are controlling  what we have, do and be in our lives. Unless we do change our habit of thinking,  we cannot get what we really want in life.

WE WILL FORM NEW HABIT OF THINKING,  REPEAT  AND REPEAT ALL OVER AGAIN until your subconscious mind  is dominated by the new set of thinking patters. The conscious mind overpowers the subconscious mind.

The longer the time you have'nt conscious about your thinking,  the more effort you need to exert creating new pattern of thinking.

New patern of thinking habits are consists of happy attitude, love, appreciations, gratification, mga bagay na gusto nating mangyari sa hinaharap.

Learn to control your mind. Success require change.  Change in your attitude, habits and even in the way you project yourself.

Back to positive affirmation.  The most common are:   I can do it.  I can do the change. I am successful in whatever I turn..  I am an alpha leader. So on and so on.

Have you heard of reverse affirmation?  Paanu  naman kaya ito?

Positive affirmation:   Magaling akong leader.

Ganun talaga yun, fake it until you make it. Always aim for the best. Give love to your work, give time by thinking how to improve your finished product.
