How To Manage Your Money So God Will Entrust You With More





Maagap kong natapos ang pag aasikaso ko ng papers ko sa  NBI Lucena City Branch kaya dumaan muna ako sa SM City  sa paborito kong tambayan  -  sa National Book Store.  Halos karamihan sa mga aklat ay naka sealed ng plastic kaya hindi pala akong  pwedeng  magbasa ng libre hehehe mahilig pala sa libreng basa. Sa kahahanap ko, may isang mini pocket book na na-attract talaga ang aking mata entitled "Ang Pera Na Di Bitin" ni Ardy Roberto.

Seguro dahil  may personal emotional attachment sa akin.  Tingin agad ako sa price, uy mura lang, di  na ako naghanap ng ibang libro....punta na agad ako sa counter ng cashier. ..Mahilig kasi akong bumili ng mga christian pocket sized mini book tulad  ng  kay  Pastor Ed Lapiz , Bo Sanchez etc.                                                     

Excited ko nang mabasa ang binili ko kaya pumunta na ako sa sakayan pauwi sa amin at sakto dami pang bakante, at sinimulan ko nang magbasa.

At habang binabasa ko siya, nabuhay na naman ang aking entreprenuerial spirit. Bata pa ako, it is my dream to establish a business empire. Kaya lang may problema ako, to be a successful businessman  you  should manage your cash properly.....at dun ako bagsak.

My mother, I can say was very frugal when it comes to spending -  pero ako di ko madisiplina ang sarili ko because of my poor mental attitude.

Pero nagpapasalamat ako kay Lord dahil  binigyan niya ako ng karanasan na nagturo sa akin para matutong pagkasyahin kung magkano ang kaya ng budget at matutong magtiwala sa Diyos. Tulad ng naging karanasan ng author ng book na nabaon sa utang hanggang makalaya  at maibalik sa normal ang kanyang buhay.

Kung nakakarelate ka sa kwento ko, sa kwento ni Ardy, at sa kwento ng maraming Pilipino na laging bitin sa pera, learn to adopt these strategies:




1. Save


Before paying everything such as electric bill, rent, food etc, pay yourself first in form of savings. Hindi yan inilagay para dukutin or withdraw-hin kapag may gustong bilihin, it is intended for future use. You can save any amount of money or even 1 peso just to make  a good start. When you are young at the age of 20, start to put a portion of your money in the bank with compounded interest. When you reach the age of 40, you will be automatic millionaire and even.

Ang sarap kaya kahit matanda ka na eh kaya mo pa rin suportahan ang sarili mo na hindi ka na manghihingi sa mga anak mo.

2. Give.

This refers to your tithes or 10% of your income by giving back to the house of Lord with a cheerful heart. Ang sabi sa bible, ikaw ay bibigyan ayon sa panukat na ginamit mo sa iyong pagbibigay - pag nagbibigay kang  may galak sa puso ito ay babalik sa iyo ng siksik, liglig at umaapaw.

3. Get out of debts and stop borrowing

Stop borrowing and make ways to get out of debt. Avoid using credit card if you are impulsive buyer. Have discipline and sacrifice to get your goal of getting out of debt.

4.Live simply.

According to Mahatma Gandhi, you may change your dress often but it does not change the inner you. Your clothes, your gadget, your jewelries, your accessories does not matter, it is your perspective that matters. If you are in the right perspective, it is not how much you earn or possess but how much you give.

5. Mag sipag, magnegosyo

Even the bible encourages us to do business. In the parable of talents, we are taught not to keep the wealth but to grow and multiply for God's purpose. .

6.Mag invest

Investing means putting your money to work for you. There are ways to make investment in legal ways: real estate, money market, mutual funds and direct selling or online marketing.  As the parable of talents implied, growing and multiplication of wealth is not bad as long as the money is your servant and not your master.

7.Educate your self

Educate yourself means "sharpening your axe" financially, physically, emotionally, mentally, socially and  the most important spiritually. Life is a continuing educational process.

Do you want to be likeable, trustworthy and respectable professionally or personally?





The law of attraction has the same connotation with the bible's verse what you sow is what you reap. If you lack self confidence, you can develop it  by giving or promoting high steem  for others. If you don't have  friends, you can have friends by getting genuinely interested with the other people. If you feel you're unloved, you can have this by starting to love and be compassionate with others.  


May nakausap ako, sabi niya, “You cannot give what you don't have.” Sabi pa niya, “I can't love him because I hate him so much.”  Then I told her, "Love him." Panu ko  siya mamahalin  eh galit na galit ako sa kanya,” balik niya sa akin.  Sabi ko ulit sa kanya,  “Then love her.”” Panu nga? sabi naman niya.”  Ang tanong ko uli naman sa kanya, "What is the product of giving forgiveness and sacrifice to win his heart again. She answered Love.  LOVE is a NOUN. To love is a  VERB.  And  verb is an action word. So to  get love(noun) , you have to act and give love (verb). Because your ultimate goal is to become LOVEABLE, LIKEABLE, TRUSTWORHTY and RESPECTABLE. And if you do these stuff, the magic of the law of attraction will come to you naturally, people will find you likable, trustworthy, respectable and high steemed person.

The deepest human desire is to desire to feel  important. When you go thru life building self confidence and making other people feel important and valuable they will like you, welcome you and will open every door for  you. And this is how to become magnetic  both professionally and personally. In business, making people feel important will help you in every business situation from negotiating terms, to  borrowing money,  influencing key customers. If you are in sales the way customers will feel with you, will determine your level of sales and referrals  more than any other factor. Being magnetic  will make you popular, desirable, influential and persuasive. As  the poet said, anyone can forget everything you have said,  but they will always remember  the feelings  attached to it. 

First, just smile, on open honest happy to see you smile wants people’s heart  makes them feel important and causes  them  unconsciously to like you from  the first  moment. Each person has a deep down  mean to be accepted unconditionally by other people. Without judgement or criticism. And your smile tells them that you accept them and like them  unconditionally.

Second, promote highest  self steem  in others with appreciation. Every one loves to be appreciated for something. Anything  that they have done to someone else. And  when you say the magic word thank you more often, you make peole feel important and happy.  You raise their self steem,  increase their desire to help you and to do things for you.

Third, give genuine compliments whenever you  admire a possession, trade, accomplishments  about this. As Abrahan Lincolm said. “  Every likes compliments,  admire people choices in clothing, hairstyle, cars, briefcase, purse  or even his office lamp. Admire their homes or partners, degree  or certificate, Whenever you give compliments genuinely he or she has obviously invested time and emotion., you boost her self image  and built high steem. As a result, they will find you charming.

Fourth, build their confidence through approval of others. Give praise and approval generously for both small and large accomplishments. When there is something worthwhile, say how good they are on the job they done. Build them self confidence and high self steem. When you praise your spouse or children, when you praise your staff, customers and suppliers you make them feel important and cause them to see u as charming,

Fifth, give them full attention. People feel  valuable and  important when you are listening and respected. Whenever you listen closely to another person when he is talking, his self steem goes up. His brain releases endorphin which means human  nature’s happy drug,  And he feels good about his ignored  presence.

If you always pays value to a person by listening attentively by hanging on every word when you do she wants  up to you finds you to be charming.
If you go life looking for little  opportunities  to make people valuable and special, smile at them, as you are glad to see them. Thank them regularly, complement them sincerely, praise them lavishly, listen to them attentively when they speak.

What you had wholeheartedly  given, it will bring back to you thousand folds of blessings.

Fanpage is required by facebook in promoting your offer in facebook premises. Fanpage is the only way for entities like business, organizations, celebrities and political figures to represent themselves on Facebook. Unlike personal Facebook profiles, fanpage are visible to everybody in internet.

Lead capture page  or squeeze page ay may purpose na ma-capture ang contact information ng mga taong bibisita sa iyong blog kapalit ang ibinigay mong LEAD MAGNET.  Tulad sa example, ang Lead Magnet ay isang book "Pinoy MLM Expose."  Halimbawa, ang pino-promote mo ay MLM,  ang tanging magbibigay ng contact information ay yung mga taong interesado lamang sa iyong offer. Ito ay isang paraan para masala  mo ang iyong  audience.

Getresponse, Aweber are names of  leading autoresponder  But you can use Listwire for free autoresponder. 


Ang  tawag sa mga ito ay MARKETING FUNNEL.  Kapag naka ready na ang iyong marketing funnel, next you would do is drive traffic sa fanpage, blogsite/website.

Maraming paraan kung paano  makakapagpapunta ng tao sa ating ginawang optin forms.

I.  Generate Traffics

1. Mag update ng facebook profile  together with the  links of your blog/website, squeeze page and sales page.
2. Mag post sa fanpage ng valuable contents together with the links of your blog/website, squeeze
page and  sales page.
3. Mag post ng youtube videos with tag names of your niche and links to your blog, squeeze page and sales page.
4. Mag pa advertise sa facebook, yung may bayad, because this is the fastest  way to get targeted prospects, mga willing bumili ng offer mo.

II  Generate Leads

 Leads, ito naman yung mga tao na nagbibigay ng names at email address nila. Yes, sa unang pagpasok nila sa website or blogsite mo, maaring hindi pa sila ganun kaintersado sa offer mo dahil hindi ka pa nila kilala.

3 Ways How to Close Effectively In Your Networking Business



Ito ang pinakaimportanteng skills na dapat matutunan ng mga networkers dahil ito yung parte na nakakaexcite dahil magkakaroon ka na ng kita o income, our ultimate goal.


Ang  closing skills ay hindi magiging epektibo kapag may natitira ka pang kahit gatiting na negative associations diyan sa iyong isip. Napakaimportante na tama ang mind set para ma-master mo  ang skill na ito.

Ang isang downline ay hindi mo lubos na matutulungan  kapag  hindi mo siya napasali sa organization mo. This is your  “should be” mindset : Gagawin mo ang lahat para mapasama  siya sa grupo  mo dahil yun ang tanging paraan para matulungan  mo siya.

May kwento muna ako sa iyo saglit.

Mayroon kang isang  kaibigan nasa  tabi ng pampang ng ilog, malungkot na malungkot siya dahil  nakita mo na bagsak ang ekonomiya niya.  Ikaw, ngaun gusto mo siyang  tulungan  na maitawid siya  sa pagiging malungkutin  patungo sa isang  kabilang pampang  na  doon ay nakangiti na siya.  Para  matulungan mo siya, isasakay mo siya sa bangka,  pag sakay niya hihingan mo siya ng bayad at igigiya mo siya papunta doon  sa kabilang pampang.

1. Kung gusto mong tulungan yung friend mo,  maiilang ka pa ba na iclose  yung deal mo sa kanya?

2. Kung gusto mong tulungan yung friend mo,  maiilang ka pa bang  tanungin  siya kung kelan siya mag uumpisa?

3. Kung gusto mong tulungan yung friend mo,  maiilang ka pa bang tanungin kung kelan siya sasali?

Kung may natitira ka pang kahit gatiting na negative associations,  yan ang pipigil sa iyo para makapagclose ka effectively.

Kailangan mong yakapin yung  idea na ang tanging paraan para matulungan mo ang isang tao  ay mare-recruit mo siya o ma-sponsor mo siya sa iyong business. THAT’S THE ONLY WAY!

At ito ang masarap, kapag natulungan mo yung tao tao na magkaresulta, kapag natulungan mo siyang magkaroon ng pagbabago sa buhay niya,  magpapasalamat siya ng sobra dahil ni-recruit mo siya.

Here’s  the 3 ways to close effectively  in your networking business.

1.  THE CHALLENGE METHOD

Dito sa challenge method gagamitin yung reason why ng prospects  bakit siya enteresado na magkaroon ng addional income para ma I close mo siya.  Kaya bago mo siya iclose, kailangan  ay makuha mo muna yung reason why niya.

The thread goes like this:

You: Base sa presentation na nakita mo o napanood mo,  sa iyong  opinion makatulong   ba ang business na ito  para (reason why ng prospect)  makatulong sa magulang mo papag aralin ang mga kapatid mong malilit pa.

Prospect:  oo

Pag sumagot siya ng oo, heto na yung chance mo magamit moa ng reason why niya.

You:  Gaano ka ba kaseryoso  na (reason why ng prospect)

Prospect:  Pag kaganito ang sinabi, seryoso talaga ako blah blah blah blah blah………….

You:  Okey  ganito  ang kasunod mong gagawin para makapag umpisa ka na…..


2.   THE CONSULTANT METHOD

Sa closing method naman ito,  ang dating mo dito  ay boss na boss na para kang interviewer para sa iyong mga applikante o prospect.

Simple lang ito.  Ganito ang flow ng conversation…..

You: Base sa ipinakita ko sa iyong presentation o napanood mong presentation, magkano ang gusto mong kitain kada buwan working part time.

Prospect: Kahit seguro  P20,000.00 per  month

You:  Ok that’s  good…May ilang oras po ba ang kaya niyong ilaan kada araw, kada linggo para  ma achieve  ang income na  20,000.00 per month.

Prospects:   2 hours per day

You:  Ok sabihin natin sa kumikita ka na ng 20,000.00 monthly income working 2 hours per day, ano ang  pinakamalaking benefits nun para sa iyo at sa iyong pamilya?

Using this line, yung prospects na mismo ang mag clo-close para sa sarili niya.

You:  May gusto ka pa bang itanong  bago ka magumpisa.

3.  THE NUMBER CLOSE METHOD

Ganito naman it. After  na ma-qualify mo na nag prospect mo,  at naipakita or naipanood  mo na ang presentation,  ang kasunod ay sukatin moa ng kanyang interest level.

You:  Prospect name,  Dahil wala ka nang tanong  sa presentation,  tatanungin  kita, kung i-rate mo ­1-10, 1 ibig sabihin ay hindi ka interesado,   10  means ready ka nang mag umpisa. 

Pakinggan mo maigi ang isasagot niya.

Category of prospect's answer:

 1-5

Ok no problem,  prospects name, mukhang hindi ka pa ready sa mga opportunity na tulad nito.   Thank you for your time.

6-8

Halimabawa  ang isinagot niya ay 7.

You:   Pwede ko bang malaman bakit 7 ang sagot?  Ano  bagay ang pumipigil sa iyo  para sumali  sa grupo ko.

Dito niya ilalahad ang kanyang dahilan:

Maaring ito ay wala  pang cash on hand. Tanungin mo kung kelan siya mag kakapera para ma follow up.

Or may  hindi naiinintindihan sa presentation.  Explain mo maigi  ang mechanics ng business.

Or  may gumugulo sa isip  na baka hindi  siya maka-recruit.  Tanungin mo sa kanya kung coachable ba siya?  May blueprint na sinusunod  ang grupo natin at marami ang mag aassist  sa iyo pero personal  kitang iga-guide.

9-10

Hindi ka na  mahihirapan  mag close dito, kulang  lang dito ay formality.

Congratulations! You had close a deal.
