5 Ways How To Take Control of Your “Noisy” Environment and Focus on Your Business Goals.


Aminin natin sa hindi, na madali tayong  ma-distract sa mga bagay na maiingay sa ating kapaligiran.

 Lalo na po  ngaun, particularly in  facebook,  na ang  sarap panoorin ng videos ng hidwaan  sa pagitan ni  Du30 at De5. 

Well, ipaubaya na lang natin yan sa ibang tao  na ang focus  ay nasa  mga bagay na ganyan..  Kahit  di mo basahin o panuorin,  para mo na ring nabasa o napanuod  dahil  sa bawat saang sulok ay pinag uusapan ito.

When the issue is negative, most people  tend to react negatively also. What I want to point is, its not bad to know our current affairs,  but  please do not react negatively also. Wag na tayo makisalawsaw diyan,  knowing the fact is enough. Let’s not judge  anybody.   

Stay focus on our  goal, our aspirations and dreams. 

Here's the five ways to take control of your noisy environment.




1.  Listen to  educational audio program.  One good example  is  kapag may ginagawa ka na hindi na hindi kailangan ng matinding pag iisip like driving a car, doing household chores, while waiting for a long queue at iba pa. Halimbawa may  2 oras  ka  na audio program, habang  naglilinis ka ng bahay  tamang tama tapos ang paglilinis mo, tapos mo na rin ang paikinig  sa audio lesson mo.  Or kumuha ng  audio book, I upload mo sa cell phone mo, solve ang pakikinig mo!

2.  Take additional courses and learn everything you  possibly  can. Huwag kang makotento sa iisang alam, mag-research ka how to increase your knowledge or mag enroll or umatend ng mga seminars kung maari.

3.  Get around with the right people.  Kung hindi ka pa ganon kalakas as a positive person, stay away from negative persons  because sooner or later mahahawa at mahahawa ka nila.  Pag malakas ka na as a positive person, ikaw na ang mag influence sa kanila.

4.  Visualize your goal.

The last thing before you sleep and the first thing in the morning, think about and visualize your goals as realities. See your goal as though it already existed.

Your subconscious mind is only activated by affirmations and pictures that are received in the present tense. See your goal vividly just before you go to sleep. See yourself performing at your best. See the situations that you're facing working out exactly the way you want them to.

5. Feed yourself mental pictures.

See yourself living the kind of life that you want to live. See yourself with the kind of relationships you want,  the kind of health, the kind of car, the kind of home you really wanted. And all the things you really really want.
