The first smart thing to do is to find a mentor. Usually the one who sponsor you (your upline) should be your mentor. Just like in the tandem of Manny Pacquiao and Freddie Roach, you are the trainee and your mentor is your coach/trainor.
The mentor is the one responsible for teaching, guiding, motivating and directing to a desired goal. The mentor should be equipped with the knowledge, experiences and expertise with the passion to teach and lead.
So what will you do when your upline is not available for mentoring you or isn't capable of coaching you?
We are in the age of information. People seem to search information by clicking a mouse through the internet. That's the convenience of today's generation, technology made information easy to access.
