May isang writer na mahilig magbenta ng kanyang nagawang scriptwritings subalit ito ay nire-reject ng mga directors.

Dahil puro rejects ang nakukuha niya, dumating sa punto ng buhay niya na nauubusan na siya ng pera at pati ang kanyang alagang aso ay di na niya kayang pakainin kaya benenta niya ito sa halagang $50.00.

Isang araw habang nanood siya ng TV tungkol sa isang boksingerong talunan, nagkaron siya ng idea na gumawa ng isang kwento tungkol sa isang boksingero.

At pati siya ay nagandahan sa kanyang nagawang kwento kaya ang ibinigay niyang kondisyon sa bibili ng kwento ay siya ang magiging bida.

Ayaw pumayag ng mga directors dahil ang writer na gaganap  ay hindi kilala at walang pangalan. May mga directors na itinaas ang precio pero hindi siya ang bida. Hindi siya pumayag.

Hanggang makakita siya ng isang director na payag na siya ang bida subalit  mababa ang bayad.

And the rest is history,  dahil ang kwento no Rocky Balboa ay naging blockbuster sa mga movie theaters sa buong mundo at nagkaroon pa ng sequel na 2, 3 and 4.

Nagi siyang isang instant celebrity na walang iba kundi si Sylvestor Stallon.  Ang kanyang aso ay nabawi niya sa halagang $2,500.00.

Laking panghihinayang ng mga directors na tumanggi sa kanya.

How to close deal withyour prospects(offline network marketing) or leads(internet marketing)? 

Kapag  nakita na  ng prospects  ang iyong presentation para sa iyong offer,  ito na ung pinaka iintay mong pagkakataon, ang  mapa-member mo siya.  Wala kang itatanong kundi ito:  “Ano ang pinagustuhan mo sa presentation?   Makinig kang mabuti sa kanyang isasagot, dahil ang sagot na iyan  nag magquaqualify kung mapapamember mo siya o hindi.   Kapag ang isinagot niya ay mga products, insteresado siya sa mga products.   Kapag  ang isinagot niya ay ang kitaan,  this would be interesting.

Your conversation will go this way! Pwede mong  itanong indirectly or directly kung ano ang reason why niya bakit gusto niyang sumali.  “Okey  lang  bang I share mo akin bakit gusto mong kumita ng extra income?”  

Kung sa tingin mo mukhang awkward ang pagtatanong mo,  you may use the the indirect way:  “Sabihin na natin nakumita sa iyong home based business, magkano ang gusto mong kitain.” Tapos kunyare ang isinagot ng prospect mo ay 10K a month.

 Ganito ang pag follow up sa inyong  conversation, “Sabihin na natin na kumikita ka ng  10K a month, ano ang maitutulong nito sa iyo?   Ngaun hindi na awkward magtanong kasi siya na ang nagbibigay ng gusto niyang kitain. 

Marami siyang pwedeng isagot,  ang mahalaga maibigay niya ang reason why bakit niya bakit gusto niya kumite ng extra income.    Pwede nyang isagot ay ganito: “ Makatulong sa gastusin sa bahay.” “makapag aral ng tuloy tuloy, “ makabayad ng mga utang.”   At marami pang iba pwedeng sabihin ng prospect mo.

Sa sagot nyang reason why, I cha challenge mo siya ngayon in this way’ “Seryoso ka ba sa sinabing mong gusto mong kumita ng 10K a month para makatulong sa pagbabayad ng gastusin sa bahay?”
Kung  ituturo ko sa iyo kung paano kumite ng 10K per month para sa mga gastusin mo sa bahay,    wiiling ka bang matutu at gawin ang  kailangan mong gawin?

Kung  ready ka nang gawin,   punta ka sa linkna ito (payment mode)  at  pag nakapagbayad ka na, informed  mo ako para sa susunod nating hakbang. Welcome in advance!

In Making Conversation with Prospect.


In this world of business wherein face. voice and mouth is your biggest assets. We are in the business of selling ourselves (just like when we are applying for a job), the products and the opportunity is secondary only. They will join you, because of you.


Just take a look at this. Five persons are selling same product. Let say A , B, C, D and E. A sold all his products while the other four have difficulty in selling their products. Because A can handle himself well and his best asset is his voice and mouth. You should know how to handle your self and your prospects.

Do you often encounter unqualified prospects, “ hindi na nga bibili, pipintasan pa ginagawa mo.” They ususally ask questions like “Magkano ba kinikita mo riyan?” “ Segi, sasali ako sa iyo pag Malaki na ang kinikita mo?” “ Alam ko na yan, yan ung pyramiding.”

The best thing you should do is when you encounter a negative question, answer it immediately with question what he mean to ask. By replying in a questioning manner, you will regain your composure and be confident.

Like this, “ Yan ba ung pyramiding?” You can answer like this…Mam, pwede po bang magtanong? Ano po ba ng pyramiding sa inyo? Ano po ba ang basehan nyo sa pagka - pyramiding? When he answered he didn’t now. Then explain to him what is pyramiding.

Or another, “Magkano ang kinikita mo jan?” You can answer like this……”.Magkano ba ang gusto mong malaman para maimpress kita.”. Kung sa offline network marketing,   pupuntahan lahat ng kakilala, pagkatapos  makapagpresent, ifollowup, pag naramdaman  ng prospect na kinukulit mo siya,  doon na yun mag uumpisang  iwasan ka, taguan ka, Nag mukmukha  ka tuloy na parang aso na habol ng habol sa kanila.

  • Tapatin mo agad  sila, sa ganitong paraan, maiiwasan mo ang habol ng habol sa kanila. .
 Kung ang gawa mo sa facebook profile mo ay parang divisoria na alok ng alok ng binebenta mo,  for sure mas marami sa facebook friends  ang naiirita  dahil karamihan ay hindi naman nila gusto ang offer mo.  Sa katapos taposan ay baka I unfriend ka nila.   I don’t  say na hindi ito nag wo-work, it works also but  it has no long term effect.
        
  •   If you are serious  to have long term result,   aralin mo ang internet marketing.  Dito   ang target market  ay highly qualified at gustong gusto nila ang offer mo.   Kapag na I position mo ang sarili mo as provider of valuable content , sila mismo ang maghahabol  sa iyo at maraming prospects  at customer ang ma attract mo.    Dahil sa valuable content na offer mo sa mga viewers,  they will like you because they learn many tips from you. The magic of law of attraction ay mag uumpisang  na mag work.   They begin to have trust in you  and later selling is not a hard thing.

Mahirap  po ang mag aral ulit lalo nat wala na mind setting dahil nakatapos ka na ng isang kurso.   Life does not stop there, life is a continuing study and process. Kunti  lang po ang gumagawa  nito, at huwag ka nang sumama  sa malaking agos ng buhay , That separate us from the big population. Be like an eagle, kayang sumalungat sa malakas na hangin, yun  pagsalungat, yun ang nagpapatibay ng kanilang bagwis.

WHAT IS THE IMPORTANCE OF RECIPROCITY IN MLM BUSINESS?



   Ang kahalagahan ng  “Principle of Reciprocity”  sa  ating business?

  Ang  Principle of Reciporcity

Magbibigay muna ako ng halimbawa para may maunawaan natin ang reciprocity.   

1.  May isang   Christian community  na nagplano na  mamigay ng   tracts  noong November 1, 2015 sa  cementerio.  Napansin nila dati na kapag nagbibbigay  sila      ng  tracts harap harapan itinatapon lang  ito    at hindi binabasa.  Kaya nag isip sila ng paraan na ito ay kanilang  tanggapin at basahin.    Ang ginawa  nila  bago ipamigay ang tracts,  nagbigay muna sila ng libreng  juice, para  hindi nila ito  tatanggihan dahil  tutuong  mainit at nakakauhaw ang  maglakad   papasok sa cementerio dahil  bawal ang public vehicle.
Naging maganda ang resulta ng pagdidistribute nila  at marami rin ang nagresponse  sa ibinigay nilang  tracts.
2.  Sa mga drugstores, nagbibigay sila  ng  points sa bawat products na nabili ng customer  at kapag naipon nila yung points, pwede nila itong ipalit ng anumang product  available sa kanilang  promo booth..
3. Kapag may bagong I la- launch  ng  product like   drinks  ang una muna nilang  ginagawa   I introduce muna ito sa market sa pamamagitan ng  free  tasting  sa tabi ng mga supermarket kung saan maraming  tao.   At pag nagustuhan nila ang lasa. ayun madali na itong imarket.

Ang principle  ng reciprocity     ay ang tinatawag na    principle of giving.   At  common na sa mga tao, na kapag tumanggap sila,  nahihiya sila na kailangan may ibalik din sila sa   nagbigay.
At napaka powerful nito, lalong lao na sa larangan ng negosyo. Ito yung tinatawag  na FREE items, give aways    na  kapag ginawa mo ito you are attracting  more people in return.

Pansinin  mo pag  malalaking  event  tulad ng  Olympic Games , naglipana ang mga sponsors tulad ng Smart, Globe, Colgate, Milo,  etc , etc……..yes!  it is one way  of reciprocity,  at the same time promotion na rin ng product nila.   See, it really works!    Smart MOVE DI BA?


Panu naman natin ito I aapply sa ating  network marketing business?

1.       Position your self  as a leader  who will give  education,  empowerment,  enlightenment,  and  entertainment (4E)

To be  a person with  leadership,  you should be equipped with knowledge, skills and attitude.   Bago tayo gumawa ng hakbang,  dapat alam natin kung bakit ito ang ginagawa,  we should be guided by concepts and principles.   Meron kasing  upline/trainor  na nagsasabi na  ito ang gawin mo, ganito, ganire   without explaining  the  principle  behind it.  Hindi mo maiinternalize ang isang gawain   kung hindi mo ito naunawaang mabuti.    Kung  malinaw  sa iyo  ang ginagawa mo,  you are in the right tract.

2.       Ano ang ating gagamiting  pang pang give away sa mga prospects?
            1. Information to Solve their problem
            2. Encouragement because they are do have yet the entreprenuer’s min
            3.  Strategies  we use in making our business reach its goal
            4.  Inspiring  funny stories or  experiences to make their life lighter and let them smile.

3.  Kanino mo ibibigay ang mga give aways na ito? 
      
 Yung  mga natutunan mo na concepts, principles, strategies, trainings , yun din ang                            ibibigay mong  free informations  sa mga  taong interested  sa ini ooffer mo
       1.       sa downlines  or uplines 
       2.       sa crosslines mo,
       3.      sa  mga taong may spirit  of  entrepreneurship
       4.       sa mga naghahanap ng additional income
       5.   sa mga  naghahanap ng trabaho pwedeng gawin sa  bahay
       6.    opportunity seekers or  mga taong mataas ang pangarap sa buhay ………

        In other words, ang mga taong hinahanap mo yung mga taong  katulad mo  na kayang                       gumawa ng massive action na kagaya mo.
4.       Saan mo sila madalling  mahahanap?

       On Offline network marketing,  you have to do these things  manually outside where                        there are lots of people like church,  organizations or civic group,  where many people                      flocks  whatever purposes  they gather, or even in the park, queue in supermarket 
       movie theater, kung saan man may maraming pila.

       On online network marketing, yung mga taong  gusto mong bigyan ng informations ay                     madali mong mahahanap due to our our modern technology called internet.

        We can make use of facebook, twitter.pinstirest ,  Search engine optimization,  You                           tube, Yahoo and Google.  And believe  me,  you can find them easily because of this 
        information tehnology.

  At bago ako magtapos  Mayroon  akong  maikling  kwento sa inyo we have today.


  May isang  pamilya na sakay  sa kanilang  kotse papunta  sa isang lugar para
   magbakasyon  at tumigil sila  sandali  sa  isang  gas station  para mag pakarga na rin  ng                  gasoline at bumili na rin ng snack at drinks.  Ang batang  anak na lalaki   ay nagpaalam na              pupunta sa CR. 
        
   Nang biglang  may naririnig silang  putukan ng baril…..meron palang  enkwentro  ang npa              at pulis  at sila ay pinalilisan ng mga pulis  dahil umuulan na ng mga  bala….at naiwan  ang              bata…….

     Nang maiwan  ang bata, takot na takot ito,  salamat  at may isang  matandang lalaki  ang                nagkawang gawang  ilagay  siya  sa ligtas na lugar   at para mapakalma ang bata ay pina                inum niya  ito ng isang basong gatas,  at sa sobrang  pagod ay nakatulog.   Kinabukasan ,               inihatid niya ito sa istasyon ng pulis  para   maibalik sa kanyang magulang.

     At lumipas  ang   panahon, at makalimutan  na ng matandang lalaki  ang batang  pinainum               niya ng isang basong gatas.  Ang matandang lalaki ito ay mahirap lamang,  at dumating                   ang panahon na nagkasakit  ito  walang  pangtustos  sa kanyang sakit.  At dinala siya sa                  city hospital  dahil  Malala  na pala ito.    Namumublema  ang mga kaanak nya  kung panu
     babayaran ang kanilang hospital bill.
    
      At laking gulat ng malaman nilang wala na silang babayaran,  at pag uwi ng matanda  ay                  inihatid  pa sya ng kotse,   at binigyan  pa siya  gamut at mga  kailangan nya.  
               
     Ang doctor na gumamot sa kanya ay ang batang  binigyan niya ng isang basong  gatas   at               ang hospital  ay pag aari  ng kanilang pamilya.

     Dito makikita natin  ang kahalagahan ng  reciprocity,  kapag    ikaw ang unang  nagbigay 
     maliit man o malaki,  sa di inaasahang  pangyayari ito ay babalik sa iyo.  At tutuong  tutuo              rin ito sa ating negosyo.

What is posture in network marketing business?

Posture defines by Rogets  Thesaurus  as one's image or policy as perceived by the public.
What you actually  shown    to  your prospects  is your posture.   People    may  perceive  you  pleasant or  unpleasant   on how you talk, how you stand,  how you answer questions, how you deal with your transactions  etc.

And it is very important  that you should learn  how to demonstrate good posture.
Good posture means  you  are not emotional attached to the outcome and the decision made by your prospects.

Karaniwan kapag bagohan ka sa networking business,  atat na atat kang magkaroon ng member at kahit magmakaawa ka sa prospect  ay gagawin mo. At yan ang maling maling  ginagawa ng maraming networker, dahil  sa ginagawa nilang  ito,  bumababa  ang  tingin ng  marami sa network marketing  business.   Sa isip nila,  kung  sasali pala ako sa iyo, ganyan din ang gagawin ko!  NO way!

Kapag nararamdaman ng prospect na desperado ka at mukhang nakikiusap ka ng mabuti sa  kanila o nangungulit, lalo ka nilang aayawan. Give pride to our industry because this is the best  business ever made in this world!

Kapag ikaw ay networker, ang  trabaho mo ay  mag sort  ng mga qualified prospects,  educate mo ang    prospect tungkol  sa napakagandang benefits na dulot nito, how network marketing works at tulungan  mo sila  na makita nila  ang nakita mo sa negosyong ito.

Kung  inaayawan ng prospects ang  offer mo, huwag  kang malungkot  dahil hindi sila ang kailangan mo.  Ang kailangan  mo lang ay aralin mo kung nasaan ba matatagpuan  ang milyon milyong qualified prospects.

Ang number one mo ring  pag aaralan ay kung panu ba ang tamang pag kausap sa mga prospects, ano ba ung eksakto mong sasabihin sa kanila,   Tingnan mo sa school, kapag  ang studyante ay nag aral, nagsagut ng  assignment, pag pasok niyan  kinabukasan sa room nila, confident sya  kasi alam nya ang isasagot niya sa techer.  Kung  alam mo kung  ano ung  eksakto mong sasabihin sa prospects mo, kung panu mo sasagutin ang tanong niya  at panu mo siya madadala  ang pag uusap nyo na magugustuhan nya ang offer m, magiging .confident ka  at   magkakaroon ka ng  good posture.

Tingnan mo kapag kumain ka sa Jolibee, hindi mo ba napapansin na iisa ang sinasabi ng bumabati, ang  kinukunan ng order, ganun din  sa networking business, may isang generic na statement tayong sinasabi sa ating prospect.   Yun lang yun  at kapag paulit ulit mo itong sinasabi sa iyong mga prospect, masasanay ka na at  mamamaster mo na ito.

 How to overcome your fear in your networking business?

Sino  ang  gustong maging sucesssful sa kanilang  network marketing business? For sure lahat ng
pumasok sa ganitong business ay lahat gustong umunlad ang buhay. Pero bakit kaya 90% pataas ay hindi na-achieve ang kanilang goal. Bakit kaya?

And I believe na ito ang pumipigil sa mga entrepreneur.   Itong 4 letter word  na’to. FEAR.
Pag  may nararamdaman kang kahit anong takot sa business mo, apektado ang resulta nito.
Kung  ikaw ay network marketer at may fear  ka sa pagharap sa maraming  tao,sa  tingin mo  ano  ang pwedeng   mangyayari?  Ang  mangyayari, hindi ka makakapag -take ng  action, pag hindi ka nag- take ng  action, hindi mo makukuha ang gusto mong  result. At  pag  hindi mo  nakuha  ang mga small actions  mo  katulad  ng : first pay in,  first leader, team building ,  ano  sa  tingin mo ang
mangyayari sau, syempre   hindi mo makukuha ang  bigger goal mo.

Hangga’t hindi mo nao-overcome yang  fear  na  yan, paulit ulit lang  at  paikot ikot lang ang
ginagawa  mong  walang  resulta.      At usually  ang  common  fear  na  nararanasan  ng  networker ay  fear  of change.Kasi nga  dati,  hindi  naman  sila  nagpropormote,  hindi   sila  
nag iinvite,  hindi sila parating  na re- reject,  hindi sila laging   nag- eexplain,  hindi
sila  nagbbuild ng team  so ang nagyayari  hindi na  nila  binabago ang bagay na dapat
nilang baguhin. yan ang  tinatawag  na fear of change.

Ngaun ang pag uusapan natin ay different types of  fears  na  kadalasang  nararanasan ng  network marketer, Affiliate marketer or any marketer  which involve opportunity at kung paanu ito ma oovercome. Once na overcome mo  ang fear na ito, doon ka magsisimulang  magkakaroon ng resulta.

So ngaun , gusto mo na bang magkaroon ng resulta  sa pamamagitan ng   pag overcome sa   mga
Fear  na meron ka.

Bago natin pag usapan  ang  types of  fears,  alam mo ba na okey lang  ang may fear, lalo na kung ikaway first Timer sa  business mo. Okey lang yun, normal lang yun. Yung mga bagay na first time
mo palang  gagawin  talagang nakakatakot  yan. Example, sino d2 ung marunong mag drive, di bat
nakakatakot humawak ng manebela  kapag hindi ka pa marunong,  pag may kumakausap sa iyo,
ayaw  mong  paestorbo dahil nakaconcentrate ka sa pagmamaneho mo. Nasa isip  mo na  baka
mabangga kayo,  nasa isip mo na baka makasagasa  ka. Kung ano ano pumapasok sa
isip mo kasi nga first mo pa lang.

Pero after one month,ay simple lang  pala, hindi naman pala  mahirap. Dahan  dahan  nagkakaroon  ka na ng coordination,  dahan  dahan  mo na siyang nakakabisa. After 6 six monts, after one year
napakagaling mo nang  mag drive.

 Another example….sino yung  naalala  pa yung unang pag pasok sa school  noong kinder?  noong Grade 1? Marami pa nga jan ay  umiiyak pa  pagka iniwan  na  ng mga  nanay nila.  Eventually, unti unti pag nakilala mo  na mabait  pala ung si  teacher marunong ka nang makipagkaibigan sa di mo dati kakilala  may bago ka ng mga kalaro yung upuan  nagagamay mo nang upuan. Ganun, unti unti.nawawala na ang takot mo. Normal lang yun.

Another example, sino ang naalala  pa ung first time na mag ka boy friend girlfriend,  lalo na sa mga Boys ,yung  unang pangliligaw  na  nagawa nila,  di ba nag kakanda bulol bulol ka pa., takot na takot ka  na  baka ma- busted,  baka ma reject at kung ano ano pang uncomfortable feelings na nararnasan mo. Pero kapag-girl friend  mo  na, ayun ok na , tanggal ang lahat ng kaba mo.

 Every thing na gagawin  mo  ng first time / nakakatakot!!

Dito naman tau sa ating negosyo, pag  first time kang  kakausap ng prospect, talagang  papawisan  ng  todo kahit naka aircon ka pa,  mauuhaw ka kahit di ka nauuhaw. Pag mag prepresent  ka  ng  business, di ka talaga mapakali, dahil baka  hindi maganda ang pagka present mo Baka may mali kang nagagawa o nasasabi.     Pero  habang  patuloy  mo  siyang  ginagawa,  patuloy  mo  siyang  iaaral, unti unti/ nakakabisa mo na ang mga  ginagawa mo.  

Kung  ano man yung nararanaasan mo ngaun,  takot kang  kumausap  ng  prospect,  naiilang ka pag mag pe -present, takot kang magbuild ng team, o anumang takot meron ka  wag  kang  mag alala  dahil  normal lang  yan.

Now pag usapan natin  ang  4 major fears

First. Rejection.   Ayaw na ayaw natin ng mare-reject. Walang may gusto na sila ay mareject , GUSTOKONG MAREALIZE MO, NA HINDI DAPAT  KATAKOTAN  ANG  REJETION  DAHIL  araw araw natin yan nararanasan.  Example. Galing ka sa SM  nag shopping at  ang bigat ng iyong pinamili. Hassle  sa  pagbubuhat   sa sakayan. Eto na  nagpapara ka ng taxi,  tanong ng driver, saan ka,,,sinagot mo naman……sinagot ka ulit ng driver: hindi ako rumorota dun… sa iba ka na langpara ka ulit ng taksi,,,,,ayaw  na naman……………Ganyan  ang  ating  
 pangkaraniwang  buhay, araw araw  rin tayong  nakakaranas na ma-reject.

 Tulad din naman yan sa ating  business Hindi lahat ng tao,ay makikita yung nakita mo dun sa business. Hindi lahat  ng  prospects at leads  na  makakausap ay sasali.   Tandaan mo, hindi ikaw ang  nireject nila, kundi yung  opportunity na ino-offer mo.. Kung  opportunity ang reject nila, sino an gang nawalan, eh di sila.  The next time na may  mag reject sa iyo ang sasabihin mo: Thank you very much for your time. Napakaraming  tao  ang  naghahanap  ng business na ginagawa  natin.

 Imagine  this,  hindi rin maganda  kung  lahat sasali sa iyo…Bakit? Kung  Lahat ng tao sasali sa
 iyo,  lahat ng pag uugali na sa grupo mo na….kasama  na jan yung mga pasaway at   negative  
 na  sakit  sa  ulo, walang  gagawin  kundi  sisihin ka  kung  bakit  wala  pa  siyang  resulta.
Di ba?,  hindi rin  maganda……nakakabwusit  at nakakairita…..Salamat  kay Lord  na  hindi
 lahat sumasali dahil you  are looking  only  for the right people.  Alam mo ba kahit yung
 mga top earners, at kumikita na  ng  malalaki ,   na rereject pa  rin sila.  Ang  pagkakaiba ng mga
 successful networker at neophyte, ang  mga top earners, hindi nila yun  dinidibdib hindi sila
 emotional.

  Second.  Public speaking -  Sabi ng marami ganito,hindi ko kaya yang ginagawa mo,mahiyain akong tao hindi ako marunong magsalita sa harap ng marming tao.mag video o magwebinar pa kaya. At baka  kakailangin ko ng mahabang  oras para pag aralan yan  marami rin  akong  ibang
 ginagawa. Let me share my story. Ang akala ko kapag naka online marketing,  hindi na
 kailangan ng personal appearance  sa  mga tao…dahil  Malaki ang fear ko sa public
 speaking. Mali pala ako,  ditto walang ngang personal appearance pero ditto mas kailangan 
 ang iyong  personal touch dahil ang nagcoconnect sa inyo ay internet.  

Hindi nga kayo  nagkikita ng personal pero kailangang maramdaman ng prospect mo  na
tutuong  tao ang kausap nila at kailangan ma build ang trust niya sa iyo.  Kaya yung pinaka
iiwasan ko, hindi ko  pala  pwedeng  iwasan , kailangang  ipakita ko sa prospect na I am a real person available to talk with them, to present to them what they need, And you can do this only
through   Effective Speech .   So I push myself to learn/ about communication and  proper
communications. Sa umpisa talagang mahirap /at walang madali pag nag uumpisa.

3.       ThirdUnknown  -  Most of the time, ang  mga bagay na kinakatakotan  natin ay yung mga bagay na hindi  natin  naiintindihan.   Ang  dami kung  nakausap  na  ayaw nilang  mag  internet
marketing.  Akala kasi nila  mhirap itong gawin at wala silang alam tungkol sa computer . Ang  hindi  nila  alam madali  lang  itong  gawin,  aaralin mo lan siya.

Ang   pinamaganda rito   pwede mo siyang gawin  sa  bahay.. Another benefit pa nito ikaw ang
magdidikta  kung  magkano  ang  kikitain mo.  Sa  mga oFW, ang malakas na kalaban  nila 
ay home sick.  Dito sa negosyong ito,  kapiling  mo ang  pamilya  mo /habang nagtratrabaho
ka sa bahay.   Kung  makikita  lang  ng  mga  tao, ang  napakagandang    benefits  ng  
negosyong  ito,  napakalaki  ng  agwat  nito  kung ikukumpara  sa  ibang  klase  ng  pinagkakaitaan.

Ung  mga  hindi  sumasali, hindi lang  nila  naiintindihan ang  benefits  ng  business  na  ito
 Pag may fear ka ng unknown, anu  ang  kailangan  mong  gawin?  Ang  kailangan  gawin ay unti unti  mo  syang  aralin.  For example  takot  kang   kumausap  sa  prospect…feeling  nila  kakainin  sila  ng  prospect . ang  way  mo  para mawala  ang  fear  mo  ay unit unti  alamin  mo kung  
panu  siya  kausapin.  Halimbawa   may  nagtanong…. Hi oyie !panu ba mag join  jan sa  
business mo….o hh …wag  kang  kakabahan….may  mga  technics  jan  kung  ano  ang   mga  exacto mong  sasabihin  mo  sa  kanila……..pag  tinanong   ka panu ba sumali jan,  tanungin  mo  rin  muna  sila  ng  ganito: napanood mu na ba ung video  presentation  namin or seminaR….wala  
kang  ibang  sasabihin….yun lang.   Kapag  sinagot ka  nya  ng  oo, ito  ang susunod mong itatanong  mo  sa  kanya….ano  ang pinakanagustuhan  dun  sa presentation seminar?

Bakit  effective  yun…dahil  ang  tawag  sa ganung  wordings  ay leading….ni le lead mo  yung  prospect mo  dun sa gusto mung  pag usapan ninyo. Kung  anu yung  bagay  na nagkaroon  ng  interest  ang  prospect mo na  narinig  nya  o mapanood  dun sa video or seminar.  Pag unti unti mo nang nalaman  ang  mga  sasabihin  mo,  sa  tingin  mo, matatakot ka pa ba?  Hindi na dahil
hindi na  unknown  yung  sasabihin  mo  dun  sa  prospect. Dahan dahan mu siyang  aralin.

4    Fourth.  Failure…ito  ang  pinakamalaking  dahilan  kung  bakit  hindi nagtatagumpay  ang  mga
networker  sa  kani-kanilang  negosyo.Ito  ang  no. 1 reason.  Takot  silang  mag fail…..kaya  ang
gagawin  ay  hindi  na  lang  itutuloy  or  hindi  I wo work out.  Ang  failure  ay  isa lamang  
paraan  para matutu  ka.   Kilala  nyo  po ba si Thomas Edison,  ung nakaimbento  ng  
telepono…hindi po -  bombilya po…Si Thomas  Edison, sinubukan  siya  ng  maraming  
beses, maraming  combination  para  mapailaw  yung  bombilya….at naka 1000 beses nyang
sinubukan  hanggat  matagpuan niya  ang  right  filament para  mapailaw  niya  yung 
bumbilya.  

Ganito  ang  mindest  ni  Thomas Edison…..napatunayan niya na may 999 na  hindi  pwedeng
i-combine  para  makapag pailaw ng bumbilya…..Kung  sa  negosyo  naman  natin….parang  
ganito………nag post ka sa facebook…..isang  buwan  ka  nang  nagpo-post dun pero  walang 
pumapansin ……ibig sabihin…….may mali dun sa  ginagawa  mo at  yun  ang  tutuklasin  mo 
para  yung  nagawa  mong   mali  ay maitatama mo……

Panu  natin  mao-overcome ang  fear?

1    First.  Examine your fear/fears.  Be honest with yourself/of what are your fears…..if you  ignore
your fears,if  u didn’t address your  fears well  that would  not bring you success.

2       Second. .Evaluate the worst that can  happen with  your  fears…..halimbawa  takot kang magsalita sa harap ng Tao .most likely to happen/ kung .magsalita  ka  sa harap nila  at alam na alam mo  
hindi  ka pa magaling magsalita, baka may malimutan ka/  ano ang pwedeng  mangyayari?…ang  pwede  lang   mangyari ay  hindi sila sasali….yun lang..kung  hindi sila sumali…anong nangyari  sa  sau,?,,,,nabawasan  ba  mukha  mo? may nawala sa parte ng katawan mo?   Buong buo ka pa rin di ba?. Walang nawala sa iyo  bagkus nadagdagan ka ng karanasan na ganun pala ang magsalita  sa harap ng mga  tao kapag baguhan ka palang.  Meron namang ganito,  practice ng practice kung panu magsalita………pero  walang lakas ng loob na gawin ito sa actual……….wala rin……….ang dapat -  practice at actual.  Kapag ito ay paulit ulit mong  ginawa………mawawala  ang  fear  factor mo…………..hanggang maramdaman mo na natutuwa na pala yung kausap mo at ine enjoy mo na rin ang ginagawa mo.

 At one thing more  .di ba sabi natin kanina…….hindi   talaga   lahat  ng  kakausapin  mo sasali……….siya yun…..siya yung  kasama sa  mga  hindi  sasali…Ang maganda nito  kahit hindi
nag join sa iyo  , napagpractisan mo naman sila… Gets mo?

Third   FORCE YOURSELF TO FACE YOUR FEAR………Kung  alam  mo  na wala palang  dapat ikatakot, bakit  ka  matatakot…….ngaun  kaya  mo  nang  harapin  ang  iyong  takot.

Meron akong KWENTO……….SA  ISANG KAHARIAN sa isang malayong malayong lugar ay may isang prinsesa.  Habang naglalakad  lakad sa kanilang kaharian, nagtataka siya kung  bakit halos lahat ng nakakasalubong ay  lungkot n alungkot at takot na takot ang kanilang mga mukha..  At tinanong niya ung isang nyang nakasalubong ng ganito: “Bakit po ganyan ang mga mukha nyo, tila may kinakatakotan kayo. “Alam mo ba, hija, na mamaya  lang ay darating ang isang higante na naghahasik ng lagim dito sa atin. Maghahamon na naman siya ng makakalaban. Segi, hija , iwan nakita  baka abutin tayo d2……”  Ang prinsesa ay na-curious dun sa higante dahil first time syang makakakita ng higante.  Habang natatanaw niya ung higante, medyo kinabahan din siya dahil Malaki nga pala ito,  Pero ang napapansin nya habang palapit ng palapit siya sa higante, hindi naman pala siya ganoon kalakihan. Unti unti, nabawasan ang takot nya. Nang may limang metro na lang ang kanilang pagitan, dun niya napansin na konti lang pala ang agwat ng taas nilang dalawa..   Sabi nya sa sarili nya, kaya kong labanan ang higanteng ito na sinasabi nila.  At  tinanong nya muna yung sinasabi nialng hegante ng ganito : “Sino  ka ba na naghahasik ng takot ditto sa amin.”     Sagot ng higante:    “Marami akong  pangalan. Sa Chinese ako ay ku che,  Sa Japan ay hyundai , at dyan sa inyo ako ay “Fear” rari….joke po dagdag ko na lang yun. “Sabi ng prinses sa  higante ,uwi na ako, at sasabihin ko sa aming kaharian   na hindi ka pala dapat katakutan.  Sila lang ang naglagay ng takot sa isipan nila. ”

 Ganyan na ganyan din po tayo sa tutuong   buhay..Sundan natin yung   3 tips how to overcome  fears   na ginawa ng prinsesa:
1.Examine your fears.   Inamin ng  prinsesa  na natatakot din siya pero inalam  nya ung tutuong  pangyayari.                 
2 Evaluate the worst thing that may happen.  Sinubukan nyang  tingnan kung  dangerous  nga ba ung sinasabi nilang higante.   At natuklasan  hindi naman pala siya higante,,,,,nananakot lang
 3. Force your self to face the fear.  Kapag nakita mo na walang palang basehan ung tinatawag mong

How to set an appointment?

After you  have   sort and qualify your prospect , the next thing to do is establish a rapport.

 Find a way to know what are the things you  have in common with your prospect  by asking questions like :  what province he came from,  what school he graduated, what is his birthday, what course he took up in college,   is he a family man or single,   or something about his work,  common problems in work.

Don’t  stay too long in that part.   Then proceed  in setting your appointment with him.

One of the best effective to get a commitment is by offering your prospects choices, rather than asking them when they will be available.  (It may contradict with your schedule)

U:  Are you free on a weekday  or  a weekend?

P:   Weekend.

U:   Friday or Saturday?

P: Saturday

U: Morning or Afternoon?

P: Afternoon.

U:  2:00 pm or  4:00 pm

P:  4:00 pm

U:  By the way,  Is it ok to call you again a hour before the scheduled date to remind you of our appointment?

P:  Okay.

Additional tips:

Don’t use jargons wherein the prospects don’t understand like upline, downline, OPP  and others.

Skills in Sorting Prospects

Network Marketing is a sorting business. When you do not know how to sort out your prospects, you will  be wasting more  money and  time  talking to unqualified prospects. Unqualified prospects are the skepticals, uninterested and negative  about your business that spending more time with them will  increase your  sufferings from rejections, failures and doubts.

In offline network marketing, prospecting  is by directly talking  to people, people who are nearby to you, people who may be sitted with on the bus or public transportation, people you may see in the park as if every person you see is a prospect.

All people is a prospect, but not all prospects  will be a qualified prospect. It goes with bible verse, "Many are called but few are choosen."

Just like when you have a basket full of apples,  you will select what is suitable for eating- the riped apples will be segregated from unriped and rotten.

It is the same with the sorting of prospects, we are after  those who are interested and wait for the unripe to be ripe and throw away the rotten one.

In network marketing, we have a saying that, "Doing the things rightly is different from doing the right thing."

 Say for example, you are busy inviting pospects (yes it right to be busy in inviting prospects), but  there is a BIG BUT, when you are busy inviting BUT when you do not know how to invite rightly,  (doing the right thing), you are wasting your time only and  no one will going to join you.

Another example,  you are giving fyers to a crowd of people, (yes it is right to give flyers to a crowd of people) again there is a BIG BUT,  yes it is right to give flyers but when you are giving flyers, you are ashamed and do not believe that this strategy will work (you are not doing the right attitude),  again you are wasting your time.

I hope you get what I'm saying,   Are you learning my dear readers?

If you want to do the right things for your business, all you need  is RIGHT TRAINING AND IT IS IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO LEARN THE RIGHT SKILLS. Are you following?

Again, the building blocks of network marketing is  1. right mental attitude 2.  knowledge (right training) 3) right skill.

HOW TO SORT AND QUALIFY PROSPECTS?

When you are prospecting, or in whatever you do be sure to check always your right mental attitude. Whenever  you catch up negative ideas, don't entertain it in your mind. Say to yourself, "Negative thoughts are part of of my past experience and I dont need them now. My negative feelings are deceitful and I  choose not to  believe it.  I want to be a winner and I choose to be a winner." Or

When you are a Christian, it is simply saying to yourself : "Holy Spirit, I don't want to lose my sanity, I need your connection." For me, this is so powerful and very effective.

After checking your right mental attitude, next is prepare yourself  for prospect qualification.

These are questions you  should bear in your mind when prospecting:
       Is this person deserve to my time?
       Is this person qualifies for my business?
       Does he has the big reason why to join your team as long term partners?
       Does my opportunity is the solution to his problems?

In this manner, you are not forcing your prospect to join you,  you are just plain looking for a qualified prospect.  If they dont qualify for your business,  never mind, there are thousands or millions of people out there.

And this is the exact word  you will say or similar to this:" Hi!  Prospect name, I am looking for persons who are open minded and willing to learn to earn additional income working part time?"  If they answer yes, then grab the opportunity.

In this manner, you are choosy, the prospects will have the impression that you are successful in your business because you don't sound needy, pushy and desperate.

THIS THE RIGHT MIND SET:  They need you because you are providing the idea of financial and time freedom. When  the prospect feels that they are being push to join, they will buy the idea that you need them because you want to gain income from them.

Don't use conversations like these: "Hi! Prospect name, Join ka na sa business ko, maganda ang kitaan dito......Try mo lang tingnan, walang mawawala sa iyo.....May papakita akong business, baka magustuhan mo"

These are sign of wrong mental atitude.  Your prospects will have the impression that when they join the you, later they will do the same thing, chasing people........disgusting job!.....

After asking the prospect if they are interested to have additional part time job and then say yes, the next thing you will do is to get their reason why they wanted to have additional income.

Why this is important? Because their  reason why is the script you will use in inviting him to see your opportunity.

Let's put it this way:
U:  " If you wont mind my asking,  are you serious to have additional income?."
 P:   "yes."
Then ask him in a polite manner.
U:  " Im just curious,  why do you want to have additional income."
Some will answer directly or indirectly.
P:   "Basta, I need money".
Modify the question, to get his real purpose why he want additional income (ung mas deeper)
U:    Say u earn 10,000.00, what benefit u can get if you earn 10K.
P:    " Pandagdag  ko sa aking school expenses"
Yes! , he qualifies because his reason why is valid.
Then this is the proper time to offer your opportunity.
U:    "Kung may ipapakita akong paraan para kumita ka ng 10K pantulong para sa iyong pa aaral, magiging open ka ba?
P:      "cg tingnan ko nga"

The reason why is so important because  they have a compelling reason to  do massive actions.
People with strong reason why are:
               - decision makers
               -  rish takers
                -  they will build your business,
You are kooking with people with strong desire LIKE YOU.

THE POWER OF ATTITUDE




In the  entertainment page of a newspaper, we commonly see the movie guide,  the celebrity section and the mind twisiting  portion like the jigsaw puzzle, the word puzzle and the "Hanapin ang mali!" which is one of our favourites.   We, people are expert in finding what is the different, the flaw, the spot, the fault and  most popularly known as the negative attitude of our life's system.

Negative attitude is the state of being negative. (hehehe ang galing definition ano?) Being  negative , it was  emanated from our negative emotions interacts with us like pride, lust, anger, envy, glutonny, anxiety and slothness and even in  pleasant things  in excess like over enthuasm, passions, elations or even certains forms of love, can also generate negative emotions.

By answering  the questions below we can determine how we react negatively in our daily lives.  Be honest with your answers.
1.  Do you complain often of "feeling bad"?
2.   Are you sarcastic and offensive in your conversation?
3.   Do you frequently make mistakes in your work?
4.   Do you delibrately avoid the association of anyone?
5.   Do you like your occupation?
6.    Are you envious of those who excell you?
7.    Do you often feel self pity?
8.    To which do you devote most time, thinking success or failure?
9.    Do you find fault with other people at the slightest provocation?
10.  Do you learn something of value from all  your mistakes and mistakes of others?

Some times we do not know we are so negative in our reactions. When we find our selves to be negative,  admit it and find ways to change our attitude for the better.  If you are good in mathematics,  I'll give you tips. When a negative integer is added to a negative integer, it will give you greater negative answer.  And the other way around, if a negative number is to be added to a greater positive  number, you will get a positive result.

That is the same also with our daily life,  to eliminate the negative attitude in our life, we must put more positive actions with courage and determinations everytime we think, feel and do. Positive thinking drives your fear away, builds self confidence and gives the power to achieve accomplishments after accomplishments.

During a business seminars,  one of the attendees ask this question:  " How can I become successful in my network marketing business?"

The speaker said:  "You are only an attitude away from success."

All personal achievements start with how a person thinks.  If a man thinks he can make it, chances are he will achieve something.  But if he thinks he can't make it, chances are are he won't succeed.

All the things are provided needed to make achievements are already installed in YOU - the THOUGHT AND BELIEF. All you need to do is to exercise your power to think the right  beliefs. Your success will  definitely come from YOU, not from upline, downline, crossline,  your product and company.  Yes, they are factors but  ultimately you are the main source of your success. No one will do it for you. ONLY YOU.

Do you know of one thing in this world that you have 100% contol? Its your thought.  No one can control another unless that person gets permission.  So you wanna be aware of the powerful mind you have!

 Don't waste your precious  time on  blaming, complaining, resentment, anger, bitterness, jealousy, feeling victimized by something, anxiety and fear that paralyzed our calmness.
Calmness gives a cool situation to think of better and safe idea, having faith with our Almighty Father God.

Let's go back to our equation:

Right Beliefs =  Right Actions
Wrong Beliefs = Wrong Actions

Learning these process is done in a gradual (little by little) manner  continously and one day you will be amazed that you have leveled up.

 Success requires change. Change in your attitude, habits and even in the way you project yourself.

If you have developed  right beliefs, automatically you have developed RIGHT MENTAL ATTITUDE.

 Again,  you are only an attitude away to your desired result!

Right Mental Attitude = Right Approach
Wrong Mental Attitude = Wrong Approach.

So, what is the right approach  in sponsoring  for MLM business?

1. You should have right mental attitude.  
Even all stars and moon fall, winning is always in your mind. Winning mind always search for the best solutions.

2. You must have abundant mindset.
a) You must not look desperate and needy.
b)  You must not look pushy, argumental, defensive, pleaseful and convincing type but lead the prospect in a way how your opportunity will help him and understand his objections or real concern for the matter.
c)  You are the one giving favor  by  giving them financial  and time freedom.  Make a way that the  prospect  will not buy  the idea that you want him to join because you wanted income.

 3.  Brand yourself as a leader to lead, teach, guide and direct your group to a definite goal.
a) Give your group a step by step guidelines and strategies on the mechanics of the business.
b) When the member is going out of direction, motivate him to the best of your ability.
c)  Show and give them the best examples  because they are following you.
